Participants learn here to lead associates who cannot (yet) accept and embrace accountability beyond the responsibilities detailed in their job description. Dynamics in such a situation can get challenging when the personality type of the respective person or their communication patterns trigger an old, mostly all too well-known response.

Accountable Project Management
Successful project management means that

These aspects fall into the realm of the "art" of project management, which accounts for about 80% of project success. The remaining 20% are the "science", i.e. the tools, techniques and methodologies. This workshop focuses on both, the art and the science.

Experiencing Accountability in a Game Simulation
When workshop participants are asked "What are my strengths? And under which circumstances can I most effectively use them?", many take a long time to say anything about that. In a game simulation, that is different. Participants directly experience where their strengths show up and what their needs are in a simulated organisation (that is made to resemble your organisation's structure). All team members achieve more insight into the strengths and preferences of others, thereby gaining more respect and creating more synergy.

Actively engaging trainings that enable your experiences
It is central to all my trainings that all approaches and methods can be immediately put into practice and experienced first-hand. I use reality-like situations, intensive small group work and a very dynamic style of facilitation in order to bring different aspects of the participants' work environment into the workshop.
Trainings in English for Speakers of Other Languages
I offer trainings in English, German (my native language) and Spanish. When conducting trainings in English for speakers of other languages I offer the possibility to improve situation-specific and goal-oriented language skills. Speaking a foreign language also means knowing which context to use it in which kind of way in.
In order to deepen the training content even more, different follow-up steps can be arranged:
- On-the-job intensive coaching.
- Teaming up with other participants after the workshop, tackling specific tasks or scheduled goal orientation conversations with superiors.
